Everything we get asked most often, grouped by topic. Tap any question to open it. If what you need isn't here, call 802-266-0023 or email support@omnisoothe.com — a real person will get back to you within one business day.
Shipping & Orders
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, then take 7 to 14 business days in transit within the United States. Most orders arrive within 8 to 16 business days of being placed.
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your package ships.
You'll receive an email with a tracking number and link as soon as your order ships. Click the link to see live carrier updates.
Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to start updating after the label is created — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong. If you never got a tracking email, check your spam and promotions folders, then email support@omnisoothe.com and we'll resend it.
Usually yes, if you contact us quickly. Call 802-266-0023 or email support@omnisoothe.com with your order number as soon as possible and we'll cancel or modify it if it hasn't shipped yet.
Once an order has shipped we can't recall it, but you're still covered by our 30-day return guarantee — just send it back and we'll refund you, return shipping included.
Returns & Guarantee
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it for any reason. You don't need to justify it — if it isn't working for you, that's enough.
Items should come back with their accessories and original packaging. Normal signs of use are fine; we expect you to actually try the product. We pay return shipping.
For hygiene reasons we can't accept opened compression socks, sleeves, or anything worn against the skin unless it arrived damaged or defective.
Email support@omnisoothe.com or call 802-266-0023 with your order number and a quick note about the issue. We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid return label and simple instructions.
Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it with the carrier. That's it — no forms to fill out and nothing to pay.
Once your return arrives and we've inspected it, we issue your refund within 3 business days to your original payment method, and email you the moment we do.
Your bank or card issuer then typically takes another 5 to 10 business days to post the funds. That part is on their end, not ours.
Then send it back. Pain relief is personal — what helps one person may do very little for another, and we'd rather you find that out risk-free than feel stuck with something.
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full and cover the return shipping. No arguing, no restocking fee, no "final sale" fine print.
Before you return it, it's worth a quick call to 802-266-0023 — sometimes it's a matter of a different setting, position, or session length, and we're happy to talk it through.
Safety & Who Can Use These Devices
Please talk to your doctor before using any of our devices if any of the following apply to you:
- Pacemakers and implanted electronic devices — do not use any device with EMS or TENS electrical stimulation. The electrical signal can interfere with the implant.
- Pregnancy — avoid electrical stimulation entirely, and avoid heat or vibration on the abdomen and lower back.
- Active blood clots, DVT, thrombophlebitis, or a history of clots — massage, vibration, and compression over a clot can dislodge it. This is a serious risk. Do not use without medical clearance.
- Open wounds, broken, infected, or irritated skin — do not place a device over the affected area.
- Epilepsy or seizure disorders — avoid EMS/TENS devices.
- Numbness or loss of sensation in the treatment area — you may not feel heat building to an unsafe level.
- Recent surgery, fractures, or acute injury at the treatment site — get clearance first.
- Cancer or tumors in the treatment area.
- Children — these are not toys and should not be used by or on children without medical supervision.
If a device causes pain, burning, skin irritation, dizziness, or any unusual symptom, stop using it immediately.
Only after speaking with your doctor. This is genuinely important, so we want to be direct about why.
Diabetes can cause peripheral neuropathy — reduced sensation, most often in the feet and lower legs. If you can't fully feel heat, you can't tell when a heated device is getting too warm, and burns can happen without you noticing. Diabetes can also slow wound healing, which makes a minor burn a much bigger problem.
If your doctor clears you: use the lowest heat setting, keep sessions short, and check your skin before and after every single session.
For most healthy adults, yes — daily use within the recommended session length is fine, and many people use theirs as part of a daily wind-down routine.
Stick to the session limits in your product manual (typically 15 to 30 minutes), leave at least an hour between sessions on the same area, and give your skin a break if it looks red or feels tender.
If you find you need it more and more just to get through the day, or the underlying pain is getting worse rather than better, that's worth raising with a doctor rather than increasing use.
No. These are general wellness devices for muscle relaxation and everyday comfort. They are not a replacement for medical diagnosis, physical therapy, prescribed treatment, or a doctor's advice.
Think of them as something you add to your routine, not something you swap your care for. If you have persistent, worsening, or unexplained pain — or pain accompanied by numbness, weakness, fever, or loss of bladder or bowel control — see a healthcare professional. Those can be signs of something that needs real medical attention.
No, and we won't claim otherwise. Our devices are not FDA approved or FDA cleared.
They are general wellness devices intended for muscle relaxation, temporary relief of minor aches, and everyday comfort. Under FDA guidance, low-risk general wellness products in this category do not require premarket approval or clearance.
"FDA approved" is a specific regulatory status that applies to medical devices making medical claims. Any massager marketed to you as "FDA approved" is either a genuine medical device or the seller is misusing the term — and it's worth checking which.

Using Your Device
Once or twice a day works for most people. Many use theirs in the evening to unwind, or after sitting for long stretches at a desk or in the car.
Leave at least an hour between sessions on the same body part so your skin and muscles can settle. There's no benefit to running it continuously.
15 to 20 minutes is the sweet spot for most devices. Many have a built-in auto-shutoff timer set around this length — that timer is a safety feature, not a limitation, so let it do its job.
Longer isn't better. Extended heat exposure raises burn risk, and extended massage on one spot can leave the area tender.
Check your specific product manual, since a few devices have shorter recommended sessions.
Always start on the lowest setting — both intensity and heat — for your first few sessions, then work up gradually once you know how your body responds.
The right level should feel like firm, pleasant pressure and comfortable warmth. It should not feel sharp, burning, or like something you need to grit your teeth through. Pain is a signal to turn it down, not push through.
This matters most for EMS and TENS devices, where the sensation can jump noticeably between levels.
Unplug it and let it cool completely first. Never clean a device while it's powered on or still warm.
Wipe fabric and outer surfaces with a slightly damp cloth and mild soap, then let it air dry fully before the next use. For PU or leatherette surfaces, a dry or barely damp cloth is enough.
Never submerge any electric device in water, run it under a tap, or put it in a washing machine unless the manual specifically says a cover is removable and machine washable. Skip harsh chemicals, bleach, and abrasive cleaners — they degrade fabric and heating elements.
Product Questions
Yes — every device includes 1-year replacement coverage against manufacturing defects and component failure under normal use.
If something stops working within the first year, email support@omnisoothe.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We'll troubleshoot with you and send a replacement if it's a defect.
The warranty doesn't cover accidental damage, water damage, or normal wear on fabric and straps. Separately from the warranty, your first 30 days are covered by our no-questions money-back guarantee.
Contents vary by product, so check the "What's Included" row in the specifications table on each product page for the exact list.
Generally you'll receive the device itself, its power adapter or charging cable, any straps or accessories it needs, and an instruction manual. Devices with a remote include the remote; EMS devices include their electrode pads or connecting cable.
Battery-powered devices charge over USB Type-C and typically take about 3 hours for a full charge.
Runtime depends heavily on what you're running. As a rough guide on a 5000mAh device: around 14 hours on massage alone, roughly 2 hours with heat on, and about 2 hours with heat and massage together. Heat is by far the biggest drain.
Some products — like our seat cushions and heating pads — are mains-powered rather than battery-powered and plug directly into a wall outlet or car socket. The specifications table on each product page tells you which.
