Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before using any of these devices if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, have a known heart condition, epilepsy, diabetes, active blood clots or a history of DVT, circulatory disorders, broken or infected skin at the treatment site, or if you are being treated for any medical condition. If a device causes pain, skin irritation, or any unusual symptom, stop using it immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this store. By placing an order, you confirm you are of legal age in your state or province of residence.

3. Products and Descriptions

We work to describe our products as accurately as we can, including their features, specifications, and what published research says about the underlying therapies such as heat, vibration, and massage. Product photography is representative; slight variation in color or finish is possible.

Where we reference published research, we are describing findings about a general therapy method — not making a claim that a specific device will produce a specific outcome for you. Individual results vary.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, and correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time without notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

5. Shipping and Returns

6. Safe Use of Devices

You are responsible for reading and following the instruction manual included with your device. Do not use any heated device while sleeping. Do not use devices on broken, irritated, or numb skin. Do not use electrical stimulation (EMS/TENS) devices across the chest, on the head or neck near the carotid arteries, or if you have a pacemaker or implanted electronic device. Supervise use by elderly individuals and never allow unsupervised use by children.

Start on the lowest intensity setting and increase gradually. Limit sessions to the duration specified in the product manual.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OmniSoothe, its owners, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any product purchased from it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. Material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions about your health.
