This Privacy Policy describes how OmniSoothe ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit our store or make a purchase.

Information you give us. When you place an order, we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment information. When you contact support or sign up for our email list, we collect the information you provide in that message or form.
Information collected automatically. Payment information. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment providers (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay). We do not store your full card number on our systems.

- To process and fulfill your order, including arranging shipping and sending order confirmations and tracking updates
- To communicate with you about your order and respond to support requests
- To screen orders for potential fraud or risk
- To send you marketing emails, if you have opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email

Who We Share Information With

- Payment processors handle transactions securely.
- Shipping carriers and fulfillment partners receive the information needed to deliver your order.

Our store is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
